Who is Julien Hosri?

Julien Hosri is a designer who ships and an engineer who draws. He is a UX advisor and fractional CTO, based between Beirut and Dubai, with twelve-plus years of hands-on product work across Europe, the GCC, and the Levant. Self-taught as both a designer and an engineer since age 14. He has mentored over 250 students in design for software, including a stint as Lead UI/UX Instructor and Consultant at SE Factory, Lebanon's number-one software engineering bootcamp.

Every venture Julien has started came from a problem he personally had. He is not a serial founder by identity, he is a product-maker who keeps shipping because the problems keep showing up.

What he offers

Julien's personal consulting is primarily advisory. Delivery typically routes through maxiphy (the agency he runs) or through the client's internal team with a brief Julien wrote. For right-fit engagements, he stays directly involved through execution.

Two tracks. Idea-stage founders get market research and idea validation before anything is built; if the idea survives validation, Julien briefs maxiphy for a UI/UX sprint. Teams with an existing product get a UX audit across product and user journeys, strategic direction, and advisory on whether to hire in-house UX talent or engage an agency.

Fractional CTO
